About the Person
Kamel Boulos serves as chief technology officer for ClosingCorp. In this role, he leads the company’s technology strategy and development teams in engineering applications, technology infrastructure initiatives as well as internal business systems.Prior to joining ClosingCorp, Boulos was chief information officer (CIO) for the American Mortgage Network, where he oversaw all information technology functions, including infrastructure, software development, and telecommunications. He also previously served as CIO for Lyonwell Technologies and Homefield Financial. Boulos is a mortgage industry veteran, with nearly two decades of information technology leadership success. His key accomplishments include the implementation of many enterprise-class loan origination systems, the development and building of new network architectures, and the execution of an enterprise data management strategy to handle over 1 million mortgage banking records. Kamel earned his degree in business administration and management information systems from California State University, Long Beach, and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt Professional.
