About the Person
Prior to joining SCU, Joseph Regan served as vice president of information technology for Cornerstone Community Financial Credit Union. As vice president, information technology, Regan will serve as SCU’s lead technologist, directing, planning, organizing and controlling all activities in the information technology department. He will ensure the effective, efficient and secure operation of all automated data processing systems, network communications and technology infrastructure, while identifying and assessing emerging information technologies for assimilation and integration at SCU. Regan holds a Bachelor of Science in business management from The University of Phoenix. He lives in Oxford, Mich. with his wife Diane.
