About the Person

Joseph Crum, who served as IEWC’s Marketing Director since 2012, will begin his appointment as CIO on March 9, 2015. Working with IEWC’s Technology and Enterprise Solutions professionals he will be tasked with ensuring IEWC is a leader in the use of technology to serve all IEWC stakeholders, with a heavy focus on the company’s customers. During his tenure at IEWC, Joe has effectively led the charge in implementing new product introduction processes, establishing business analytics, introducing product and market vertical planning in addition to leading efforts to strengthen IEWC’s website and CRM platforms. Joe attended the University of Iowa and received his BA degree in Marketing in 1996. In addition, he has also attended executive education courses at both Harvard Business School and the University of Wisconsin - Madison.
