Jose Ruiz joined Raytheon's Intelligence and Information Systems as VP and Chief Information Officer. Prior to Raytheon, he was CIO with Northrop Grumman supporting the Missile Defense Agency. Jose also served as Systems Engineer and IT Program Manager for L3 Communications, a leader in Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR). Jose holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy and a Master of Science in Information Technology Management from Central Michigan University. He also holds various certifications in management and IT.
