About the Person
As Chief Technology Officer, Jon is responsible for the overall technical strategy of CEG TEK's copyright, trademark, and brand protection solutions. He is also charged with overseeing R&D and all aspects of technological infrastructure. Previously, Jon served as Vice President of Technology for CEG TEK, where he developed baseline systems and infrastructure from the ground up that were instrumental in successfully bringing the Company's services to market. Prior to joining the Company, he held a role at Vubiquity f/k/a Avail-TVN monitoring the daily satellite transmission of terabytes worth of media, which in part included digital masters of Hollywood cinema, national television series, premium television content as well as ensuring conformance in line with corresponding artwork and metadata specifications for Video On Demand (VOD) menu guides. Jon holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business and started his career at an intellectual property security and business intelligence firm managing software development, web development, database administration, and data analysis. Jon's broad technical knowledge base has allowed him to develop software solutions with accountable automation and efficiency improvements across a wide range of digital media and delivery platforms, which are integral to CEG's cutting-edge systems.
