John E. Paproski will retire from West with more than 36 years of dedicated service and a legacy of innovative products and services he helped to create and deliver to customers and, ultimately, to patients around the world. Paproski has been the Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President of West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. since January 2016. Mr. Paproski served as President of Delivery Systems at West Pharmaceutical Services Inc. since December 2009 until January 2016. Mr. Paproski served as a Vice President of Innovation at West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. from January 2005 to December 2009 and also served as Vice President of Global Product Development from August 1996 to January 2005. He has held numerous other operations and engineering positions within West Pharmaceutical Services Inc., including Vice President of Rubber Operations from August 1993 to January 2005 and Director of Manufacturing Engineering from 1991 to 1993.
