Mr. Miles has extensive management experience with leading global businesses and consulting organizations. Since 2009, he served as a senior member of the Dell leadership team and Chief Information Officer for its global commercial and consumer businesses. Mr. Miles helped drive fundamental change initiatives in sales operations, mergers and acquisitions, marketing, CRM, social media, finance, dell.com, channel and customer support. Mr. Miles has also held senior executive and technology positions with Lowe's and Lend Lease, Inc., as well as consulting positions at Arthur Anderson and Booz Allen Hamilton.
