San Francisco, CA-based Joyride Autos Appointed John Krupnik as Chief Product and Technology Officer
A team of successful entrepreneurs, car aficionados, and technologists all had a vision: to make it easy to buy and sell undervalued vehicles with this category`s first-ever online auction platform. We launched Joyride in April of 2020, and today, it`s the leading marketplace for undervalued vehicles. We`ve successfully expanded to several large markets (including California, Texas, Indiana, and Nevada), and we`ve already connected the buyers and sellers of tens of thousands of aged and unclaimed cars. The opportunity for Joyride is massive: the cars on our roads are getting older (the average age is 11.9 years), and at the same time, we`re facing an unprecedented shortage of used vehicles and parts due to global supply chain issues. Buyers and sellers of cars are increasingly comfortable transacting fully online, yet until Joyride, there has never before been a dedicated marketplace for aged and unclaimed vehicles. We are a lean yet impactful team of motivated and collaborative individuals. If you`re excited about bringing innovation to a previously overlooked market and making Joyride a category-defining company, we`re hiring!
John Krupnik is Chief Product and Technology Officer at Joyride Autos. Previously, John held various senior IT leadership roles in the industry.
