Mr. Hnanicek serves as the Chief Information Officer of Altrec.com, Inc. Mr. Hnanicek's career has mostly been in high growth retail and eCommerce concepts with brands including OfficeMax, Hollywood Video and eToys Inc. Mr. Hnanicek served as the Chief Executive Officer at Paciolan, Inc. (formerly, Paciolan Systems Inc.) from May 2002 to May 25, 2005. Mr. Hnanicek served as the President/Chief Operating Officer of Paciolan. He served as Chief Information Officer of eToys Inc. from December 1998 to 2001. He served as an Executive Vice President and the Chief Operating Officer of eToys Inc. From October 1996 to December 1998, he served as Senior Vice President of Information Systems for Hollywood Entertainment Inc. From January 1996 to October 1996, Mr. Hnanicek served as Chief Information Officer for Homeplace Inc. From 1990 to 1995, he served as Senior Vice President of Information Systems and Logistics at OfficeMax Inc. He served as a Director of Crossport Systems. He served as a Director of Paciolan, Inc. He is a long-time Retail Executive. Mr. Hnanicek holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Accounting from Cleveland State University.
