About the Person
John Edwards, a veteran enterprise technology manager with a mix of public- and private-sector experience, took over the position in February. Edwards has over 20 years of experience working in technology for the federal government, according to his LinkedIn profile, including six years as a senior official in the Office of the Director of Central Intelligence starting after the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks. He spent the previous 15 years “overseeing technical operations and engineering support” at the CIA, according to Agilex Technologies Inc., an IT services firm, where Mr. Edwards has served as president of the intelligence, security and defense sector for the past seven years.
