About the Person

Joe Miller, CIO has guided the development of Flo-Tech’s technology and application infrastructure to support Flo-Tech’s high volume transaction environment. Joe has implemented technologies and best practices in data security, disaster recovery and business continuity to deliver the highest service levels to our clients. Joe has also been instrumental in the development of a number of key Managed Print Services applications that provide added value to Flo-Tech customers, including Flo-Tech’s Alert Management Software, Flo-Tech Connect and extensive customer reporting applications. To support these and other IT initiatives, Joe has an experienced programming staff with expertise in business applications and process automation, business-to-business web portal technologies, accounting applications and service delivery automation.
