This is an exciting opportunity for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join a San Fernando Valley area based company with international Rental Operations. The company is funded to execute significant growth plans and this position is a key member of the growth plans executive team. The CFO will need to share the vision and commitment of the management team while ensuring that the end-to-end business process is as dynamic and efficient as possible. The role will suit candidates who have an appetite for strong involvement in both the commercial and financial operations of the business, as well as excellent team and relationship skills. The Role
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) position will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer, developing and implementing new strategies to take the company forward. The CFO will supervise and motivate the controllers and accounting team. He/she will build a best-in-class finance function that supports robust and efficient operations, improve accounting procedures and standards, convert strategic plans into project plans, pro forma financials, tactics, milestones, KPI`s, financial statements, budgeting and forecasting. The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will have successfully led core finance functions including control, reporting, tax, treasury, risk management, budgeting and planning, financial analysis, and management reporting and audit committee interactions.

Requirements
• Acquisitions – negotiate, lead, provide financing, perform and lead due diligence, ROI support
• Contract reviews for compliance, valuation, cash flows, general business reviews
• CPA with basic understanding of GAAP knowledge
• Solid experience in sub $100 million companies that experienced high growth with knowledge of how to scale through organic growth, acquisitions and integration with strategic partners
• Experience with system implementation (from Quickbooks to Oracle Cloud) in an environment with several product lines (rental, sales (dealerships), consumer financing)
• Interface with auditors for annual audit
• Interface with banks: negotiate banks, covenants, compliance certificate reviews
• Develop finance function and build budgets using Excel
• Experience in a P/E , V/C, investor backed enterprises a plus
• Experience in multiple industries
Skills:
• Deep understanding of financial information systems e.g. Oracle Cloude, Hyperion, etc.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
• Understanding of financial control environment.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills and leadership qualities, proven interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels whilst working under pressure.
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a changing environment.
