About the Person
Joanne Sunquist will join St. Paul-based HealthEast on Feb. 11. She has served as Minneapolis-based HCMC's CIO since 2004 and led the health system's implementation of an electronic medical records system. Sunquist started her career as a critical-care nurse and also worked for Allina Health System.
