Portland, OR-based Kimera Systems has Appointed Jim Walter as Chief Technology Officer
Kimera Systems has developed the world's first commercial Ambient Intelligence technology. Our technology, called Blueprint, allows any application, service, and device to mold itself to the specific needs of the users. Blueprint allows developers to develop intelligence applications without the need to be skilled in Artificial Intelligence. It also allows application from across the network to combine into one unique application that meets the specific needs of the end user.
Jim Walter’s background delivering scalable analytic systems is well matched to Kimera Systems’ dynamic, real-time model of reality, which anticipates what people will want and need. He comes to Kimera with 15 years of experience leading engineering and product management teams at companies such as SpaceCurve, Engineous (Dassault), Insightful (TIBCO), Sage and General Electric.
His teams have delivered cutting-edge modeling and simulation products for use in location-based services, aerospace and automotive engineering, quantitative finance and bio-informatics.
