Jerry Toscano brings to Coast more than three decades of experience in Information Technology management, including strategic planning, application development, project management, hardware / software planning and acquisition, operations and data center management, and contract negotiations. Prior to working with Coast, Mr. Toscano was the CIO of a leading healthcare company in western New York, where he developed and managed an IT strategy aligning technology objectives and programs to enterprise objectives and strategies. He shepherded the implementation of a corporate business/IT steering committee, ensuring IT was fully aligned with and supported critical business needs. Mr. Toscano has also worked for a nationally recognized student loan provider, and a Fortune 500 healthcare service and insurance provider.
