Ms. Smith joined Zions Bancorp in 2006, and served as its Senior Vice President and Director of Internal Audit. From 1995 to 2006, she held various positions at Wells Fargo & Company, including senior vice president of Operations Risk Management and Senior Vice President of Internal Audit. Ms. Smith serves on the board of directors for People Helping People and the audit committee of the United Way of Greater Salt Lake. Ms. Smith holds an honors bachelor’s degree and an M.S. in economics from the University of Utah.
