San Antonio, TX-based United Services Automobile Association Appointed Jennifer Sepull as Chief Information Officer
In 1922, when 25 Army officers met in San Antonio, Texas, and decided to insure each other`s vehicles, they could not have imagined that their tiny organization would one day serve millions of members and become one of the only fully integrated financial services organizations in America. We believe they would be pleased to know that USAA has remained true to their founding values of service, loyalty, honesty and integrity.
Jennifer Sepull, former chief information officer at Kleenex tissue maker Kimberly-Clark Corp., has joined financial services firm USAA as CIO. She is responsible for leading USAA’s enterprise-wide information systems initiatives to support the company’s Member-focused Mission. Jennifer has worked in innovation and technology leadership for over 25 years and is accredited with a law degree from Chapman University. She also attended Cambridge University in England with a focus on international legal and business studies and earned a B.A. in criminal justice from Chapman University.
