About the Person

Jennifer Sepull, former chief information officer at Kleenex tissue maker Kimberly-Clark Corp., has joined financial services firm USAA as CIO. She is responsible for leading USAA’s enterprise-wide information systems initiatives to support the company’s Member-focused Mission.   Jennifer has worked in innovation and technology leadership for over 25 years and is accredited with a law degree from Chapman University. She also attended Cambridge University in England with a focus on international legal and business studies and earned a B.A. in criminal justice from Chapman University.
