About the Company

Global Resource Corporation (GRC) is a development-stage company. The Company is engaged in the research, development and marketing of decomposing petroleum-based materials by subjecting them to a fixed-frequency microwave radiation (the technology) at specifically selected frequencies for a time sufficient to at least partially decompose the materials, converting the materials into hydrocarbons and fossil fuels from sources, such as tires, oil shale, coal, automotive shredded residue, municipal solid waste and waste oil streams. The Company for exploitation of the technology focuses on the design, manufacture and sale of machinery and equipment units embodying the technology. As of December 31, 2008, the Company had not commenced any commercial operations.
