Burbank, CA-based The Walt Disney Company has appointed Jeff Mirich as Chief Information Officer.

 

About the Company

About the Person

Jeff Mirich has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer for The Walt Disney Studios since early 2002. He was responsible for leading the Studio’s IT organization to provide business & technology systems that support the Studio’s Film, Music, Live Stage, Production, Marketing, and Distribution business unit operations on a global scale. Additional responsibilities included leadership of the Studio’s Content Protection and Anti-piracy Team, participation on the Studio’s Patent & IP Committee, participation on the Disney Enterprise IT Leadership Board, involvement with Disney’s Technology Strategy Board, and the Environmental Leadership Team.              

He passed away in 2012.
