About the Person

Jeff Lowinger as the Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for the Industrial Sector. In his new role, Lowinger will be responsible for leading the technology road mapping for the sector and overseeing new product development. Lowinger joins Eaton from Bell Helicopter, a division of Textron, where he served for the past five years as executive vice president, engineering, Xworx and Commercial Programs. Prior to joining Bell Helicopter, he spent 25 years with Boeing Rotocraft where he held a series of executive engineering and program leadership positions. Lowinger is active in promoting science, technology, engineering and math serving on the advisory boards at Rutgers University, Concordia University, Texas Christian University and Penn State University. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Rutgers University.
