About the Person

In his position as CTO, De Oliveira will oversee all architecture and technology roadmaps for MEGA products.   De Oliveira was first named a Microsoft MVP in 2011, and continues to hold that title. Much of his professional focus has been in Microsoft .Net and Microsoft Visual C#. He co-authored the book, Visual Studio 2013, Designing, Developing and Managing Web Projects.   Before joining MEGA, De Oliveira was CTO and partner at Cellenza, a consulting firm renowned for its expertise in Microsoft technologies. Prior to that, he was manager and senior solutions architect at Capgemini Sogeti (20,000 employees in 15 countries; 2,300 in the US), which helps companies use technology to accelerate business results.   He began his career as a solutions and software architect and has worked on projects for companies such as SONY, Toshiba, Reuters, Volkswagen and Deutsche Telecom. De Oliveira contributes frequently to software development publications and speaks often at conferences. He holds a master’s degree in computer science from Goethe University Frankfurt.
