About the Person
Jarrod Mills, a quadruple CCIE, passed the first of his four CCIEs (CCIE Routing and Switching) in January 2001. Jarrod has been involved in designing, installing, and supporting some of the largest Cisco infrastructures around the globe, and was one of the lead engineers designing several world-recognized ISP networks. In October 2007 he passed his second lab, earning his CCIE Security. In December 2012 he took his CCIE Service Provider lab, earning his third CCIE. For the next several years, Jarrod was a Principal Architect / Principal Engineer for one of the largest Cisco integrators and staffing companies in SW Texas. There, he was responsible for high-end R&S and Data Center designs, rollouts, and everything that accompanied those designs and networks (all security components, wireless components, etc). In May 2014, Jarrod successfully added his 4th CCIE to his resume by passing his Data Center lab. Jarrod is a former CEO and attorney. He possesses a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Lamar University, an M.B.A. from Texas Tech University, and a Juris Doctorate from Texas Tech School of Law. Jarrod will be assisting iPexpert in several capacities. Initially he will revive our CCIE R&S track, ensuring it’s the best on the planet (as our other tracks are). He will then be involved in CCIE Service Provider and CCDE portfolio management. In addition to training portfolio improvement and creation, Jarrod will be working hand-in-hand with Wayne Lawson, iPexpert’s CEO, on several new business initiatives that are planned to debut in Q4 2015.
