Previously, Bygland was CIO, Executive Vice President at West Coast Bancorp in Salem, Oregon where he directed all Information Technology resource planning, budgeting and operational initiatives. He also has served as Senior Vice President for Alex Sheshunoff Management Services in Austin, Texas and as a Vice President with FiServ, Inc. in the San Antonio, Texas market. Bygland is a graduate of the University of Nebraska. He will oversee all Operations, Information Services and Loan Services departments for the company. Bygland will office in Southwest's headquarter city, Stillwater, OK.
