Coffee has provided us a chance to reimagine the playing field and build a stable, direct channel between farming communities and the end consumer. Our team of quality experts, quality graders and coffee cuppers work with our roasters to create roast calculations that are unique to each varietal. They are working every day to develop unique blends and ensure consistency in every cup. We are headquartered in Little Rock, Arkansas where we provide office coffee services to Central and Northwest Arkansas.
When we created Urban Plates, our goal was simple: To use the best ingredients possible to create wholesome, delicious food that`s prepared before our guests` eyes just the way they want it. Our hope is that by making real food prepared by real chefs accessible to everyone in a convenient, comfortable setting we can empower anyone interested in making better food choices to be a bit healthier, happier and hopeful about the future. We`re based in San Diego, CA and found throughout the San Diego, Orange County and Los Angeles areas, with additional locations in Northern California and Washington D.C.
We began with a vision for a plant-based food that would have all the qualities we relish in the best artisan dairy cheeses. We believe the best part of eating is the togetherness of a shared meal, and we wanted to create products that everyone can enjoy, whether eating a dairy-free diet or just curious about a healthier lifestyle. We assembled a team that figured out how to use traditional cheese-making techniques but using nut milk instead of milk from an animal. Through this process, we were able to create a line of revolutionary products that you can feel good about eating. Once we unlocked the secret to making nut milks behaving like cow’s milk, the options were endless. Today, we offer a variety of delicious products including artisan delicacies, nut milk yogurts, and pastas.
