Miner holds a B.S. in both Computer Science and Mathematics from the U.S. Air Force Academy. He served in the Air Force for 10 years, and served another 14 years in the Air Force Reserves where he retired as a Lieutenant Colonel. While on active duty, he earned an M.S. in Operations Research from the Air Force Institute of Technology. Miner is also a graduate of the University of Virginia Darden Business School "The Executive Program".
J.R. Williamson, is Senior Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer for Leidos and is currently ISA’s Board Vice Chair. In this role, he is accountable for all aspects of information security strategy, governance, and operations for the company. J.R. also supports the company’s efforts in advancing the embedded cybersecurity capabilities of its products and services to our external customers. J.R. represents Information Security on both the IT Solutions Policy Council and the Corporate Security Council. J.R. is also a member of the Executive Security Action Forum, the Websense Customer Advisory Board, the Research Board, and the Internet Security Alliance Board of Directors. J.R. is a Northrop Grumman Technical Fellow. J.R. has formally held positions at Northrop Grumman as Corporate Chief Information Officer, the Chief Technologist for the heritage TRW/Mission Systems sector as well as the Director of the Enterprise OneNGC Program Office for Northrop Grumman. Prior to Northrop Grumman, J.R. has served as the Vice President, End-User Computing and Worldwide Messaging at Marriott Corporation and the Executive Director, IT Infrastructure for PRC, Inc. He also served a 4-year stint as a civilian working for Headquarters, United States Marine Corps in the Special Services unit. J.R. holds a bachelor’s degree in decision sciences and information management from George Mason University, Fairfax, VA, and a master’s in information systems from Virginia Tech, Blacksburg, VA. J.R. is a CISSP, a Six Sigma Black Belt, ITIL v3 Foundations certified, a national-level certified soccer coach, and has been with Northrop Grumman since 2001.
