The roots of Creative Solutions in Healthcare can be traced back to Granbury, Texas in the year 2000. Gary and Malisa Blake co-founded Creative Solutions in Healthcare that year and opened their first care facility; Granbury Care Center. Creative Solutions currently owns and operates over 49 skilled nursing and 13 assisted living facilities with it's corporate offices located in Fort Worth, Texas.

We provide comprehensive HR solutions to companies large, medium and small through the United States. Our services include Payroll, Human Resources, Risk Management, and Benefits. Currently, GMS is partnered with over 1,000 businesses across the country, representing over 20,000 employees. We give small businesses the buying power of a large corporation under the GMS umbrella. We held a 96.3 percent retention rate in 2016 with an overall average over 90 percent.
