Huey Y. Siah, PMP, of Hill's Irvine, California office, has been promoted to Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for the company's subsidiary MyLCM Solutions, Inc. Siah has more than 12 years of experience in the information technology field. Prior to joining Hill, he was a Manager of Specialized Services with Hitachi Consulting. Siah earned his B.S. in computer science from the University of Maryland and his M.B.A. from INSEAD.
