About the Person
As Director of Technology and Operations, Howard will be responsible for ensuring the quality and timeliness of d50’s technology deliverables. In addition, he will maintain the agency’s marketing technology platform, and identify and engage new vendors, platforms and technologies. Before joining the agency, Howard spent more than six years at Digitas/Digitas Health, most recently serving as a vice president. While Vice President, he rolled out a global digital marketing platform based on Adobe’s CQ Content Management System and worked with the company’s offshore development partners to deliver the CQ based enterprise solution. Prior to Digitas, Howard was a senior software engineer at Euro RSCG 4D (now Havas Worldwide Digital). In this role, he was the lead developer of bespoke technical solutions for several Fortune 500 clients, and designed, implemented, and managed several large-scale RDBMS solutions that drove digital marketing campaigns. Howard received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Georgia and his Master of Arts and doctoral degrees from the University of Virginia.
