About the Person
Mr. Pathak joined Vestmark in January of 2004. As Chief Technology Officer, Mr. Pathak is responsible for the overall design and architecture of Vestmark's product offering. Mr. Pathak brings over 15 years of experience in enterprise software development and management. Prior to joining Vestmark, Mr. Pathak served at Vignette Corporation in several technical and management positions, most recently as a Senior Director of Engineering, responsible for the development of several products as well as the launch of Vignette's offshore software development initiative. Prior to Vignette, Mr. Pathak held various management and technical positions at Simulation Sciences Corp., Workgroup Technology Corporation, and MITRE Corporation. Mr. Pathak holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a M.S. in Computer Engineering from Boston University.
