About the Person

Heather Cain has served Monroe County Hospital & Clinics for 16 years.She has been instrumental in improving patient and physician satisfaction results and reducing expenses. Cain worked collaboratively to create additional revenue streams by adding orthopedic services, implementing the Cerner electronic health record system, and leading the rural health clinic Medicare inspection. In addition, she received the Iowa Hospital Association‘s Young Executive Achievement Award in 2010.
