About the Person

Harry Fox joins CareFirst from Kaiser Permanente where he was the Vice President and Business Information Officer for all IT projects and services delivered in the Mid-Atlantic region. He also oversaw a variety of large-scale, national initiatives relating to innovative technology and operational support as a member of Kaiser’s National Health Plan Portfolio Advisory Council. Prior to Kaiser Permanente, Fox held leadership positions for Coventry Health Care and PricewaterhouseCoopers.            

Fox holds an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School and an undergraduate degree in Industrial Design from the Pratt Institute in New York City.
