Gwenne A. Henricks has been Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of The Product Development & Global Technology Division at Caterpillar Inc. since January 1, 2013. Ms. Henricks served as President of Perkins Engines Company Limited until December, 2012. Ms. Henricks served as Vice President of Industrial Power Systems and Growth Markets Division at Caterpillar Inc. from 2009 to January 1, 2013. She served as Vice President of Caterpillar Inc. from December 1, 2007 to 2009. She was responsible for the newly formed Electronics & Connected Worksite Division, which have enterprise responsibility for hardware and software technology development and Caterpillar's global electronics strategy. Ms. Henricks served as Manager of the Electronic & Electrical Systems Business Unit, which is part of Caterpillar's Motion and Power Control Division. Since joining Caterpillar in 1981, she has held numerous positions, including junior engineer, design engineer, senior design engineer, supervising engineer, BHL engineering manager, division manager of Systems and Controls Research, 6 Sigma Deployment Champion, WW Undercarriage Product Manager, general manager Specialty Products Business Unit, general manager Cat® Electronics, vice president Electronics and Connected Worksite Division Previously, she served as Undercarriage Product Manager for Caterpillar's Track Type Tractors Division. Ms. Henricks serves on the Board of Managers of Cat Trimble Control Technologies and serves as on the Board of Directors of 10G, LLC. She is a member of the Society of Women Engineers and serves on the Board of Directors for St. Francis Medical Center College of Nursing. Ms. Henricks holds BS (1979) degree in Physics and a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Bradley University. She earned a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Illinois in 2003 and completed the Managing Engineering Design and Development Program at Carnegie Bosch Institute, Carnegie Mellon University.
