Gregory Framke was recently Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer at E*Trade, where he managed all technology and operations for the organization globally. Prior to E*Trade he held the role of COO of Equity Technology at Deutsche Bank (where he had a global mandate across New York, London and Hong Kong), and earlier in his career was a Principal in Morgan Stanley’s technology practice as well as a Client Executive in IBM’s Wall Street practice.
