Established 25 years ago, Coordinated Health is a privately held, physician-owned, specialized hospital network delivering an accessible, affordable and fully integrated continuum of care in eastern Pennsylvania and western New Jersey. Our more than 70 physicians and our full 1,200-member team focus on many healthcare specialties. Coordinated Health is the only hospital in Lehigh Valley to achieve the Top Performer rating from The Joint Commission for three consecutive years. The company has repeatedly earned the highest patient satisfaction scores from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and the lowest infection rates from one of the country’s leading consumer advocacy groups. In 2014, Coordinated Health was the only hospital in its area to receive the annual Healthgrades Patient Safety Excellence Award.
Greg Flanagan is a healthcare innovator responsible for Coordinated Health’s business intelligence and analytics and the integration of the electronic health records across Coordinated Health`s full continuum of care. Flanagan joined Coordinated Health from Advancing Practitioners (AP), a Tennessee-based health services company where he served as Chief Operating Officer. A 20-year veteran of the healthcare industry, he was responsible for all executive management of AP`s non-clinical functions. Since earning a master`s degree in hospital administration from Duke University, Flanagan has served in several healthcare provider organizations including as CIO of APS Healthcare in New York and RegionalCare Hospital Partners in Tennessee. He led considerable IT transformation efforts by creating business intelligence and analytics platforms and directly managed large-scale system development and conversions. Flanagan’s healthcare achievements extend to volunteerism, including work for spinal-cord research. In Tennessee, he served as regional director of The Miami Project to Cure Paralysis. A native of Little Silver, N.J., he earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from Duke. Flanagan was also a scholarship student-athlete on the university’s football team.
