(NEG) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Union Mutual and is licensed to sell insurance products in Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine, Massachusetts and New York. - Union Guaranty Financial Services LLC is a wholly-owned specialty purpose finance subsidiary of Union Mutual.
About the Person
Gary Ouellette has been promoted to senior vice president, operations, with responsibility for the information technology department and project management office as well as implementation of Union Mutual’s strategic plan. Ouellette had previously served as vice president of the IT department and enterprise risk management officer, a title he continues to hold.
