Real Estate – Invest Newark helps both developers and businesses tap into Newark`s vast development opportunities by assisting with a wide range of services, including site selection, permitting and approvals and gap financing. Business Development and Entrepreneurship– No business is too small for us to help, whether it`s through a loan from our Grow Newark Fund or our Bond Assistance Program for construction industry firms that provides working capital loans, direct bonding assistance and technical assistance.
