About the Person
Fred Yip is leading the Mint development and infrastructure teams while designing the latest upgrade of the highly secure and scalable Mint platform including state-of-the-art SDKs and web service modules. Dr Yip is a PhD in Software Engineering and brings over 13 years of R&D, engineering and consulting experience to Mint Wireless. Dr Yip was responsible for developing and implementing Mint Wireless’s mobile payment solution and infrastructure while he was a director at Genexis Consulting. Prior to Mint Wireless, he was managing director of ViViPOS Australia and Wine Bank Ltd in Hong Kong.
