About the Company

About the Person

Tillman joined BidSync more than three years ago as Vice President of Research and Development. He was charged with guiding product definition, strategy and development as well as overseeing the company's IT infrastructure. He has been instrumental in bringing several of the company's innovative eProcurement solutions to market and has led his team to excellence in creating and implementing BidSync's roadmap. Tillman received a Bachelor of Computer Science degree from Oklahoma State University and an MBA from Texas Christian University. He has deep experience in developing and deploying software products and solutions for every part of the globe. He joined BidSync in 2010.
