Enjoying great chicken in an atmosphere where you could be yourself? That’s what childhood friends Zach McLeroy and Tony Townley wanted to achieve when they founded Zaxby’s back in the 1990s. Many years and locations later, Zaxby’s is still delivering on that promise: to serve delicious chicken fingers, wings, sandwiches and salads in a fun, offbeat atmosphere. As of July 2018, Zaxby’s has grown to nearly 900 locations in 17 states and is headquartered in Athens, Georgia.
About the Person
Previously, Frank Knight was the Senior Director of Information Technology for ZFI, and his duties included implementing a business resumption plan (disaster recovery) and a project management office that manages both IT and corporate projects. He also implemented a guest online ordering system that allows guests to order and pay online. In 2008, Knight began his career with Zaxby's. Knight earned a bachelors' degree in business administration from the University of Mobile in 1996.
