About the Person

Edward J. Zecchini, is the Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at Sandata Technologies, LLC, the leading nationwide provider of information technology solutions to the home healthcare industry. He is an established technology sector leader and executive with expertise in strategic, financial, operational and administrative disciplines. Mr. Zecchini has created software products and solutions for over twenty years and has successfully translated business problems into profitable applications. As a leader in the technology field, he has been involved in all stages of business growth including working with start-ups, turnarounds and established entities. Mr. Zecchini was the chief architect for all technology applications at HealthMarket, Inc., a healthcare insurance company, which in four years was so successful that it was sold to a publicly held company. He went on to serve as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of the parent company. His career started at SportsTicker, Inc., where he introduced innovative computer technology and built the first sports-score ticker crawl for television and the first mobile computer to gather and transmit game data at Major League Baseball press boxes. Products such as SportsTicker PC Plus and Broadcast SportsWire were introduced during his tenure. Over the years, Mr. Zecchini introduced technologies that transformed Thomson Healthcare, a publishing company, into a major information provider. He was also President of IT Analytics LLC, a consulting company. Mr. Zecchini holds a B.A. in Computer Science from the State University of New York.
