The South Central Human Resource Agency (SCHRA) delivers social services and assesses the needs of residents within the south central region of Tennessee. Through early detection and an easy, secure way for an employee to file a complaint, along with an independent third-party with a strong and experienced team to investigate and manage the employer`s harassment policy and procedure, the EHP Plan facilitates faster reporting, investigation and resolution of workplace harassment claims for employers and employees. With daily news on harassment issues inside employers, today`s problems are unlikely to go away quickly. More importantly, the current system of handling workplace harassment has never really worked.
