San Clemente, CA-based gen-E has Appointed Duke Tantiprasut as Chief Technology Officer
Headquartered in California, gen-E is a global software company setting the standard for how automation can be utilized by network and IT operations organizations to dramatically improve the ability to diagnose and resolve issues as they happen.
Duke Tantiprasut oversees all design and development efforts for gen-E’s Resolve software platform. Prior to joining gen-E, he reported to the CTO at Micromuse (now part of IBM) and held responsibility for strategic product initiatives and mergers and acquisitions, and served as a technical advisor to the development team. His career also includes work at Network Harmoni, where he served as chief software architect, and at Lucent Bell Laboratories, where he was a research consultant for the high-speed ATM Networking Group.Duke earned a doctorate degree in computer science from the Australian Telecommunications Research Institute (ATRI) and Curtin University of Technology. He also holds several patents and has published a number of journal articles and conference papers.
