Doug McCollough brings 15 years of progressive experience in information technology management. Previously McCollough served as the City of Richmond, Virginia’s Director of Information Technology since 2014. Prior to that he served as Senior Program Manager for the State of Ohio Department of Medicaid/Diversified Systems, Inc. from 2013 – 2014; Project Manager, Contractor for Nationwide Insurance/Modis, Inc. from 2011 – 2013; and roles with increasing responsibility up to Director of Information Technology for the State of Ohio Industrial Commission from 2005 – 2011. McCollough received a Bachelor of Business Administration, Information Systems and Operations Management from the University of Toledo and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame. He also holds a Masters Certification in Project Management, Project Management Professional Certification from the Project Management Institute, and ITIL Foundation Certification.
