About the Person

Douglas Gilmore is chief information officer at Stonegate Mortgage. In this position, Gilmore oversees all information technology for Stonegate Mortgage, including origination, servicing and financing. Gilmore also leads the development of Stonegate Connect, a technology platform that will allow investors to connect with third party originators, creating an online marketplace that facilitates institutional investment in mortgages and mortgage-backed securities, the company said in a release. Gilmore joins Stonegate from ChaCha Search Inc., where he was also chief information officer. Earlier in his career, Gilmore also held a number of senior executive positions with companies such as Bellwether, Gracenote and Haverstick Consulting.
