About the Person
Donny Lippard is senior vice president of CNA’s Information Technology Service Management. He joined CNA in 2007 and has responsibility for IT Service & Support, IT Service Delivery, IT Systems Management, IT Security & Compliance, and Disaster Recovery. Prior to joining CNA, Donny was senior vice president of Enterprise Computing Services for JPMorgan Chase where he was responsible for critical programs and initiatives that reduced delivery costs and improved customer satisfaction for JPMorgan clients. He also served 23 years with Allstate Insurance in various IT and business positions. Lippard received his bachelor’s degree, accounting, Mississippi State University and his MBA, finance and marketing, University of Illinois Chicago.
