Mississauga, ON-based IsisLab has Appointed Dmitri Dain as Chief Technology Officer
ISIS is the developer and provider of an award winning social gaming software platform. With experienced social gaming leadership and development teams, ISIS looks to leverage the anticipated growth in regulated, real-money, online gaming through the application of the social graph and the gamblification of social games. The ISIS platform was developed for both social gaming and monetized gaming for clients operating within regulated markets. ISIS was the winner of The 2013 Most Innovative Startup Company of the year at the 2013 GIGSE Conference in San Francisco, California.
Prior to joining Isis, Dmitri Dain served as the head of PYR Software, the company that powers PokerStars ("Poker Stars"), a world leader in interactive gaming serving over 40 million retail customers. During his tenure with PYR Software Mr. Dain led a team of seventy, including eight direct reporting managers. Mr. Dain's responsibilities included the development and introduction of numerous award winning products, while enhancing existing product features, the development and delivery of mobile product offerings for the Android, iPad - iPhone platforms, and the design and maintenance of multiple world class data centers located in the Americas, the UK, and Continental Europe. Mr. Dain was charged with the task of re-launching the Full Tilt Poker website returning the website to its number two global ranking. A globally recognized technology specialist Mr. Dain has nearly two decades of experience in both the private company and public company sector. Mr. Dain has been engaged by several multi-national corporations who each generate revenues in the US$1 billion range per annum. Responsible for the annual profit and loss (the "P&L"), and managing annual project budgets ranging up to US$250 million per annum, Mr. Dain has successfully delivered globally recognized brands to the marketplace. During his career, Mr. Dain has served as CTO of E*Trade in Israel, MIS manager of AVX Corporation, both NYSE listed corporations, and served as an IT Consultant to, The Ontario Ministry of Health, Dresdner Kleinwort (Allianz Group's Investment Bank), and Kyocera. Mr. Dain holds a Bachelor of Science, (B.Sc.) in Computer Sciences and Mathematics from Ben Gurion University in Israel, and an MBA in Strategic Management, from Hebrew University in Israel graduating summa cum laude.
