About the Person

In this role, Dipankar will assume oversight of Aspire's technology team and operations, with responsibility for the single system strategy, as well as the development of Aspire's information technology and digital roadmap. Aspire has invested significantly in all areas of its operational model and Dipankar's hire affirms the company's commitment to enhance its technology capability that enables plan control, complete transparency, greater intelligence and provider connectivity. Dipankar comes to Aspire with more than 25 years of experience leading technology-focused business process outsourcing (BPO) companies. Dipankar most recently served as President of Acclaris, Inc., a leading consumer-driven health plan (CDH) technology and service organization he founded in 2001. Through Dipankar's leadership, Acclaris served over 12,000 employers and more than 1.9 million participants. He also served as Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of ABR Information Services (now part of Ceridian), where he was responsible for all IT platforms and related infrastructure, architected a number of their primary technology platforms, and played a significant role in the acquisition and assimilation of a number of companies, including several 401k administrators.
