Founded in 1980, Paciolan is the leader in venue enablement, powering ticketing, fundraising and marketing technology solutions for leading organizations across North America. Collectively, Paciolan powers over 500 live entertainment organizations that sell over 120 million tickets annually. Primary markets include college athletics, professional sports, performing arts and arenas. Paciolan is a wholly owned subsidiary of Comcast-Spectacor.
Dima Volovik has an extensive history of success with live entertainment companies and has held key executive roles during his 20 years in technology, software and mobile technology, including roles within Comcast`s family of companies, the parent company of Comcast-Spectacor. Volovik previously served as Chief Technology Officer of Fandango, one of the web`s top movie and entertainment destinations that sells tickets to more than 16,000 movie theatres, where he helped to successfully transition the organization to agile methods of development, launched a newly re-designed web site, implemented Developer Program, improved stability of technology operations, built and deployed new mobile technologies and launched a comprehensive data strategy. Previously, Volovik was the Vice President of Technology at GolfNow.com and the Golf Channel where he oversaw product development, engineering and operations ofGolfNow.com, thrusting it into the position of a market leader for golf teetimes reservations in the United States, Canada and Europe. He also helped to re-launch GolfChannel.com, moving it to a new Content Management System and retiring its legacy platform. Volovik also spent six years as Vice President of Global Marketing Technology at Universal Music Group, where he led the implementation of a worldwide project of content management tools for the mobile digital products in North America and Europe. He also led the development of a revolutionary Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform.
