Coleman brings over 20 years of professional experience to his new job, with many of those years spent in leadership roles. With the financial industry increasingly relying on new technologies, the company has expressed a desire to balance long-term planning with deep technical knowledge. Coleman, who has been with the company since 2010, will be providing oversight and direction for the company’s expanding technology initiatives. During his time with the company, Coleman has been in positions requiring the day-to-day management of technology resources, as well as analysis of the company’s needs and recommendation of policies to increase efficiency. Coleman is a 1992 graduate of Southern Louisiana University, where he received his degree in computer science. Prior to joining Eustis Mortgage, he was the Technology Manager at United Health Care Group in Baton Rouge and head of the IT Department at ITI Technical College. He has also served as the IT Director of Cameron College, where he oversaw efforts to reopen the school’s information technology systems in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina.
